1. General Provisions1.1. By this Consent, the user of alexzueva.ru freely, of their own will and in their own interest gives consent to Individual Entrepreneur Alexandra Vadimovna Zueva, Taxpayer Identification Number / INN 667478974868, Primary State Registration Number of Individual Entrepreneur / OGRNIP 326965800161467, location: Russian Federation, Yekaterinburg, email:
alexxzueva@yandex.ru, to process their personal data under the terms set out in this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1.2. This Consent is given by the user when filling in forms on alexzueva.ru, submitting a request, purchasing a product, receiving a free material, participating in the learning process, contacting the Operator through the website, email, Telegram or in any other way that involves providing personal data to the Operator.
1.3. By ticking the relevant checkbox, clicking the form submission button, submitting a request or providing personal data to the Operator in any other way, the user confirms that they have read this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy, understand the purposes, scope and methods of personal data processing, give this consent freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and are of legal age and have full legal capacity.

2. Personal Data2.1. The user gives consent to the processing of the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, Telegram ID, Telegram display name, information about the request, selected product, plan or course, payment information, including payment status, amount, date, order or purchased product, information about access to the course, materials or closed Telegram channel, messages sent through website forms, email or Telegram, answers to quizzes, questionnaires or surveys, information about the user’s experience with pronunciation work, learning goals, interests and needs, information about previously purchased or completed products of the Operator, information about the source of referral to the website, information about consent or refusal to receive newsletters, audio and video recordings of speech voluntarily submitted by the user during the learning process, as well as technical data that may be automatically transmitted when using the website, including IP address, browser information, device information, operating system information, cookies, date and time of website visit.
2.2. The Operator does not receive or store the user’s bank card details. Such data is processed by the bank, payment service provider or acquiring organization.
2.3. Audio and video recordings of speech voluntarily submitted by the user during the learning process are used for pronunciation analysis, feedback, learning support and progress assessment. The Operator does not use such materials to identify the user and does not publish them in open sources, social media, advertising materials, testimonials or case studies without the user’s separate consent.
3. Purposes of Processing3.1. The user gives consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes: processing the user’s request, providing a free guide or other free material, analysing answers to a quiz, questionnaire or survey, contacting the user regarding a request, purchase, payment or learning process, accepting and recording payment, providing access to a course, materials, closed Telegram channel and other products of the Operator, supporting the learning process, providing feedback and checking assignments, maintaining a client database and history of interaction, complying with the laws of the Russian Federation, including accounting and tax record requirements, and protecting the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.
3.2. This Consent does not constitute consent to receive informational and advertising messages. Consent to receive messages about the Operator’s new products, launches, projects, special terms and early bird offers is given separately by ticking a separate checkbox in the relevant form.
4. Actions Performed with Personal Data4.1. The user gives consent to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, modification, use, transfer, provision of access, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
4.2. Personal data may be processed both with and without the use of automated means.
5. Services and Persons Involved in Personal Data Processing5.1. The user understands and agrees that, in order to achieve the purposes of processing, the Operator may use Tilda / Tilda CRM for the operation of the website, forms and storage of requests, YouGile for maintaining the client database, client support and organizing work with requests, UniSender for email newsletters where separate newsletter consent has been given, Yandex Mail for email correspondence, Telegram for communication with users, receiving learning materials, providing access to the closed Telegram channel and administering such access, Zenclass for hosting the course, providing access to learning materials and supporting the learning process, as well as a bank, payment service provider or acquiring organization for accepting and processing payments.
5.2. The user understands and agrees that access to certain personal data may be granted to contractors, teachers, coaches and other persons engaged by the Operator and involved in the provision of services and learning support, only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant tasks.
6. Term of Consent6.1. This Consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until the user withdraws this Consent, unless otherwise provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation, the contract with the Operator, accounting or tax record requirements, or the need to protect the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests.
7. Withdrawal of Consent
7.1. The user may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a request to the Operator’s email address:
